    • Heartfelt Delivery – A subscription-based letter service featuring fables, poems, and meaningful content.

    • Heartfelt Gifts – A collection of custom gifts designed to foster joy and meaningful connections.

  • Our products and services are for personal use only. Any resale, redistribution, or commercial use without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.

    • Cancel orders suspected of unauthorized resale or misuse.

    • Take legal action against any violation of these terms, including but not limited to unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reselling of our products or content.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All purchases must be made through our official website or approved platforms.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed. 

  • Payments are securely processed via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you agree to abide by Stripe’s Terms and Conditions. We do not store or process credit card information directly.

  • All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept Visa and Mastercard.

  • Digital and subscription-based products (such as Heartfelt Delivery) are non-refundable once processed.

  • If a payment fails due to insufficient funds, incorrect details, or bank restrictions, the order will not be processed. Customers may retry the payment or use an alternative method. We are not responsible for delays caused by failed transactions. If a charge appears on your statement but you did not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at [your contact email] for assistance.

3. Subscription Terms (Heartfelt Delivery)

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as per the selected plan.

  • To cancel your subscription, log into your account and follow the cancellation instructions. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period. You will retain access to paid subscription content until the end of your billing cycle, after which access will be revoked

  • If your subscription includes gifts (such as Heartfelt Delivery letters), you must provide accurate recipient details at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Heartfelt Gifts Orders

  • Regular orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days (Malaysia & Singapore) | 14-30 business days (Worldwide). Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier service.

  • Pre-orders will be shipped according to the estimated timeline provided at the time of purchase. If there are any unforeseen delays, we will notify customers via email.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processing, or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If your order is delayed, please allow [14] additional days before contacting us for support.

Heartfelt Delivery Subscription

  • Letters are sent monthly according to the subscription schedule.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

  • If a package is lost in transit, please notify us within [7] days of the estimated delivery date. After investigating with the shipping provider, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for misdelivered orders due to incorrect addresses. Reshipment fees may apply for returned or undeliverable packages.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

  • If you receive a defective product, please contact us within [7] days with photos, and we’ll arrange for a replacement where applicable.

  • Chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in account suspension

  • To request a refund or replacement for defective or incorrect items, you must submit a claim within [7] days of receiving the product, along with supporting photos. Refunds are issued at our discretion after review.

6. Refund Exceptions

  • Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

    • If a system malfunction on our end (e.g., a failed transaction appearing as successful) results in an incorrect charge, you may request a resolution within [7] days of the transaction.

    • If you do not receive your digital product (such as a Heartfelt Delivery subscription email or file) due to a technical issue on our end, please contact us. If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.

    • If an order is canceled before processing, we may issue a refund based on eligibility.

  • Duplicate Charges & Payment Disputes

    • We are not responsible for duplicate charges caused by banking errors or multiple accidental transactions. If you notice an unintended charge, please contact your bank or payment provider directly to resolve the issue. If your order has not been processed, we may cancel the duplicate order upon request, but funds will be returned according to your bank’s refund policies.

  • Refunds will not be granted for:

    • Change of mind or accidental purchases.

    • Failure to read product descriptions before purchase.

    • Subscription payments once the billing cycle has started.

7. User Conduct & Intellectual Property

  • Unauthorized reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in legal action, including claims for damages

  • By submitting any user-generated content (such as reviews or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content for promotional purposes.

8. Changes to These Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or website notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
